About Evert Schaeffer

In his role as regional director of product management for TomTom, Evert Schaeffer is responsible for business development and partnership activities regarding the TomTom Autonomous Driving product suite in Europe. This includes special mapping, map delivery and localization technologies to enable all forms of automated driving.

Prior to TomTom, Evert worked at Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting), leading product management and partnership teams for Philips Hue, an IoT connected lighting system for the home.

Evert has a degree in electric engineering and is certified in marketing.
